Aurea Legal is a boutique law firm for clients who are looking for an individual approach, for understanding, and for attentiveness to the situations they find themselves in. We deliberately work with a smaller number of clients and matters, giving each of them the highest priority and the personal commitment of the firm's partners. We are here for clients facing decisive and strategic moments in their business and personal lives.

Monika Čermáková is a founding partner of Aurea Legal. For more than a decade she has advised leading local and international companies, individual entrepreneurs, executives, investors and philanthropists. Her practice focuses on corporate law and on the protection and administration of private wealth (wealth management and wealth planning), as well as on the implementation of philanthropic plans and support for non-profit organisations.

Drawing on long experience with the Slovak market, she also specialises in advising Slovak clients doing business in the Czech Republic.

Ivona Zurynková Hladíková, partner at Aurea Legal

Ivona Zurynková Hladíková is a founding partner of Aurea Legal. She advises on company law and corporate restructuring, and counsels private clients on comprehensive solutions for the intergenerational transfer of capital and on structuring relations between shareholders, including management incentive schemes.

A significant part of her practice is corporate disputes — between shareholders, over the exercise of powers by corporate bodies, and other contentious matters arising from corporate governance and management, including their prevention through well-designed governance.

Kateřina Surková is a founding partner of Aurea Legal. For over two decades she has advised on company law and corporate conversions, wealth management and wealth planning.
